PROJECTIntroduction [Biosketch]
- Dr. Abhishek Paul is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Silchar. He earned his B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Agartala in 2008, followed by an M.Tech in Thermal Science and Engineering in 2011, and a Ph.D. from the same institute in 2015. Dr. Paul joined NIT Silchar in 2018 and his research interests include combustion, internal combustion engines, fuel hybridization, alternative fuels, and energy systems. He has published numerous journal articles and conference papers. Dr. Paul is also the principal investigator of significant research projects, including one on the development and testing of nano-doped hybridized bio-diesel for hydrogen dual-fuel operations, funded by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India

The Advanced Engine Research Lab is located within the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Silchar.
