    • My area of research is broadly in Number Theory, Combinatorics, and Special Functions.
    • More briefly, I am interested in Hypergeometric Series, Supercongruences, p-Adic Analysis, Algebraic Varieties, Partition Theory, Rogers-Ramanujan Continued Fractions, and Orthogonal Polynomials.

    I am delighted to share that my first PhD student, Liton Karmakar, has joined as a Lecturer in the Department of Mathematics, Goalpara Polytechnic, Assam. Being in the second year of his PhD, this is indeed a noteworthy accomplishment in his academic path. Our paper “A Combinatorial Proof of Andrews–Beck Type Congruence for Overpartitions” has been accepted in The Ramanujan Journal.
