Q. Is there any registration fees?

A. Yes!, Rs.250/- for each model/poster presentation (UG/PG)

and Rs.500/- for each model/poster presentation (PhD/JRF/SRF)

 

Q. How many participants are allowed for registration of each model/poster?

A. Only one participants are allowed for each registration of abstract.

     another registration is required.

 

Q. Will accommodation be provided to participants?

A. Yes. Accommodation and bed rolls will be provided. Students will be accommodated in hostels (boarding and Lodging will be provided).

 

Q. Where do I pay registration fees ?

A. On the registration desk during Research conclave '17 or pay online (bank details given on registration page).

 

Q. Will individual certificate be provided to each member of a group?

A. Yes, But attendance and participation is mandatory for three days.

 

Q. When would I present my model / poster?

A. Final schedule for your presentation will be intimated through a mail.

Q. How to reach NIT SILCHAR?

A. The Silchar city is well connected by air, rail, road. Silchar is situated at a road distace of 334km from Guwahati. Nit Campus is about 10km away from silchar railway station and 35km from silchar Airport.

Q.Will all the accepted papers will be published in Scopus Index Journals ?

A. NO, selected papers/presented papers after peer review process may be published.
